Who we are

Ludus (“we”) operates ludusclub.co.uk and the Ludus corporate sports league, founded by Oliver Bruton, London, United Kingdom. For anything privacy-related, contact hello@ludusclub.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

When you enquire, we collect your name, work email, company, your role, your team size, and a short note on what you’re trying to fix. We use these for one purpose: replying to your enquiry and contacting you about Ludus — the trial day, the season, and getting your company into the league. We don’t use your details for anything else, and we never sell or share them with third parties for their marketing.

Where it lives

Your details are stored securely with Supabase on servers in London (AWS eu-west-2), behind access controls. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as our data processors.

How long we keep it

Until your company becomes a client (your details move to your client record), you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after your enquiry with no activity — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the details we hold about you, or object to our processing. Email hello@ludusclub.co.uk and we’ll act on it within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits — nothing that identifies you.
